As we operate three weekly shipments, the estimated delivery time for your package will depend on the day of the week it was delivered.

When you package is in the Arrived in Jamaica status, then it has now become available for pickup or delivery. Pickup can be done at our location; 1C Grove Road, Kingston, or you may click the Schedule Delivery option from the package menu.

Yes, for faster processing, please log into your acocunt and naviagte to the add pre-alert page to add the details of your package.

Your address is already written for you in your account. It includes your 876 Flash ID which is very important in identifying the package as yours. Please ensure you enter the address as it is displayed in your account.
